Welcome from President Ed Robinson

Greetings from the beautiful campus of MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, KS. On behalf of the over 1,900 students and 385 faculty and staff of the MNU community, I want to introduce you to an outstanding community of learning with an unwavering commitment to academic excellence, spiritual vitality, and the development and equipping of servant leaders for the 21st century. That unwavering commitment is the simple truth about MNU.
At MNU, community is more than a word. Community describes a dynamic web of relationships where students, faculty and staff know each other by name and are committed to encouraging one another to think, speak and act in ways consistent with our Christian commitments. These commitments are not things we simply talk about, they are things we actually believe and live. They are as evident in the classroom and the dorm as they are in the chapel. They guide our informal conversations as well as our formal curricula. They inspire our service beyond the campus as well as our friendships on campus.
Many of the most important "life questions" of faith, vocation and value are raised during the university experience. What better place to explore these most important questions and begin to fashion appropriate answers than an excellent Christian liberal arts university committed to learning, serving and being. What better place to establish a foundation that will last a lifetime than MidAmerica Nazarene University.
Thank you for "visiting" MNU. We'd love for you to share in the MidAmerica Nazarene University experience.
