If an out-of-state student has concerns regarding MNU programs authorized through the national State Authorization Reciprocal Agreement (SARA), then please follow the complaint and grievance process found on MNU’s disclosure page. You may submit the complaint to the Kansas state portal agency if the concern remains unresolved.
