Sondra L. Cave
Sondra L. Cave is a Professor Emeritus at MNU and specializes in strengths training and leadership consulting. She is currently the founder/creator of Strengths & Leadership Consulting. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. A gifted communicator, Dr. Cave is a frequent speaker for colleges and community events, leadership seminars, conferences, retreats, women’s ministry events and churches. She and her husband, Bob, are the founders of Family University designed to offer family-centered education to their community. They have two children and six grandchildren. She enjoys time spent with family, traveling and is an avid sports fan.
Dr. Don Dunn
Dr. Don Dunn is an MNU alum and faculty member who teaches courses in leadership, management, ethics, and practical ministry. He holds a BA in Religion from MNU, a Master of Liberal Studies degree in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University and a PhD in Organization and Management (specializing in Leadership) from Capella University. Following 33 years in pastoral ministry, Dr. Dunn currently serves in interim pastoral roles and provides various church consulting services through the Burning Bush Leadership Institute. Based on recent organizational research, Dr. Dunn offers Ethos System Design to help companies create ethical workplaces, committed employees, and competitive advantage. Don has been married to Janice (Moore) Dunn (‘76) for 36 years and has two sons, David and Jared. Don enjoys teaching, time with family, action-adventure reading and movies, and golf.
Rev. Ron Jackson
Ron Jackson serves as an Assistant Professor in youth ministry at MNU and Director of THE Call @ MNU (www.mnuthecall.org) . He holds degrees from Jefferson Davis College, The University of Alabama, Trevecca Nazarene University, and Nazarene Theological Seminary. Ron is available to speak in your local church for services and retreats, camps, community events, seminars and other special events. In addition, Ron leads a number of workshops for youth and youth leaders focusing on leadership, meetings and identity formation. Ron has been married to Sharon for 35 years and has two married daughters, Katie Weissend (Beau) and Kristi Sexton-Chavoya (Andrew).
