We Prepare You

We team up with local churches to place each student in an internship to gain real-world experience as a worship leader. Our students have the opportunity to experience making music in various types of ensembles, including a contemporary worship ensemble, all in state-of-the-art performing and rehearsal spaces, and learn from experienced faculty with years of  leading the worship experience.

Program Overview

Students are trained to be excellent musicians: becoming skilled at piano, guitar, and voice; learning improvisation and arranging; studying music theory and history. Music-worship arts majors also study theology, understand the philosophy of corporate worship, and learn how to be successful in team-based ministry. Students study Christian worship trends (past and present) and become skilled in audio/visual media techniques used in modern worship environments.
