The Organizational Leadership program is designed for working adults with 60 transferable hours of college credit or an associate’s degree. If you have less than 60 hours of transferable college credit that’s not a problem. It is possible to earn credit for life experience that would count toward completing your degree! Or you can take our accelerated short-term classes to meet this requirement.

Your degree is an investment in your future. We have a variety of different payment options available, so you can choose the option or combination of options, that best fits your situation. The total cost will be calculated based on your program and can be divided into multiple payments.

We offer complimentary transcript evaluations to determine how many hours will transfer to MNU. The total number of credit hours required to graduate with a BA in Organizational Leadership is 126 credit hours.
